This $149 10 Week postpartum program begins at a very foundational level. It progresses in intensity, guiding you with criteria for advancement and information about when it may be necessary to reach out to a healthcare provider.

If you have experienced a vaginal birth without complications, you are able to begin this course as soon as 2 weeks postpartum. Of course, beginning this program weeks, months or even years after labor and delivery will still be beneficial! Keep in mind being able to participate physically might not mean you're ready! Make sure you're in a good place mentally and socially as well as physically. If starting a program like this contributes to stress and anxiety, consider holding off.

Determine your start date

Explore the app to become familiar with navigating it for the next 10 weeks. Sync wearable devices if you'd like!

Begin!

Each "Part" will begin with a summary, some instructions, and a focus for the week. You'll have assigned exercises to be completed each week with guidance for knowing when you're ready to safely progress to the next week. You can use the app to message me any specific habits you'd like to be tracking, too!

Work through the program

At the end of each week you'll fill out a check-in form. You can always hang back and repeat a week if you're not ready to move forward. This 10 week program is yours to move through in a way that works best for you! The only criteria is that you fully complete each week before moving to the next.
