8 Week Coaching Program
Start building habits that help you feel your best!​ In this $750 8 week program you'll engage in purposeful exercises and habit tracking that align with your personal goals. You'll have access to a digital platform for completing workouts and tasks, plus weekly Strategy Sessions with me (available in person or virtually) to assess your progress and prioritize your steps. Together, we'll explore habits that resonate with your values and lifestyle, focusing on one essential pillar of physical health each week. This program isn’t about restriction, it’s about transformation—shifting daily habits to make longterm changes! We'll create a practical plan and you'll be fully supported throughout the journey. Plus, you'll have the option to continue using the digital platform for $28/month after the course!
