It’s no secret that during pregnancy and childbirth the body undergoes MAJOR physical, hormonal, and musculoskeletal changes. Without proper recovery, individuals are at risk for issues like pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, instability and pain. This workshop is an opportunity to bridge the gap between labor and delivery and returning to activity. It is a guide to rebuild strength, restore function, and reduce the risk of injury—laying the foundation for lifelong wellness.
